DIRECTIONS

From 37th St. W. and Tyler Road, head West on 37th St.  Cypress Point will be on the North side of 37th St. There is only one entrance into the development, so you cannot miss it.  If you have questions, or have trouble locating us, please contact Kooper Sanders at 316.990.5740.  We look forward to seeing you!

ARRIVAL

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by a strong, state-of-the-art entry monument garnished with lush, European-inspired landscaping that begins to tell the story of the prestige and exclusivity of the neighborhood.  We have two distinct areas within Cypress Point that showcase slightly different price-points.  We will have beautiful homes on display in both areas for your viewing pleasure.
